Somewhere between Carvel Ice Cream's Fudgie the Whale, ice cream cakes, and elite desserts frosted with Martha Stewart's icy perfection fall the wonderful confections celebrated in Mailbox News. Since 1956, this friendly baker's helper has offered tips and tricks for cakes for any and all occasions. Information and recipes come from professional bakers and reader submissions.
