Since 1956, this friendly baker's helper has offered tips and tricks for cakes for any and all occasions. Information and recipes come from professional bakers and reader submissions. (Readers are invited to send in photos of their finest cakes.) Caterers and home bakers are also equally represented in readership. Tried and true recipes, dazzling new ideas, and the latest excuses for cake cookery are presented in each issue.
